Trademarks are essential for creators as they safeguard brand identity, prevent unauthorized use, and help establish a unique presence in the market.

    PACKAGE PRICE $2,500 ($5,000+ value) plus filing fees:

    We know this is a big investment so we offer a comprehensive brand protection package, which includes:

    • A detailed clearance search and opinion letter ($900 value)

    • Drafting and filing of your application  ($2,000 value)

    • Two calls at any stage of the process  ($500 value)

    • Response to all Administrative Office Actions ($1,700 value)

    Currently filing fees are $350 per class of goods and services.

    For any additional revisions or calls during our engagement, work will be billed at an hourly rate which is currently $350, billed at the end of each month.

  • If you’re looking to start a brand but are unsure if your name is available, this is the place to start. 

    For a one-time fee of $1,800, Kayla Moran Law will conduct comprehensive clearance searches for up to three-word marks (a $2,700 value), provide an opinion letter for each one and a virtual consultation to review the results. 

    If you proceed with the application process, the drafting and filing service is available for an additional $1,150, plus filing fees* due upon submission to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO)

    For any additional revisions or calls during our engagement, work will be billed at an hourly rate which is currently $350, billed at the end of each month.

  • This focused 1-hr open discussion is perfect for anyone starting a business, new entrepreneurs eager to learn how to start a business and protect their brand proactively, or anyone with a legal question. 

    For a one-time fee of $395, this session doesn't include direct services, however, we can cover a broad range of topics as shown below and participants receive a discount on any future services booked such as: 

    • Responding to Cease & Desist Letters

    • LLCs, Corporations, EIN Numbers

    • Choosing a Good Name for Your Business, Courses, & Other Offerings

    • Working with Influencers

    • Negotiations

  • Is a brand using your content without permission or beyond the scope of usage previously agreed to? Is a social media user copying your posts or using your photos? There’s a few ways to go about this and cease and desists are a good starting place.

    Starting at $800, Kayla Moran Law will prepare your cease and desist letter and provide a consultation call to review the document before it's sent. 

    For any additional calls or back and forth with the offending party during our engagement, work will be billed at an hourly rate, which is currently $350, billed at the end of each month.

  • For Florida-based entrepreneurs, our LLC Formation and Operating Agreement service covers all relevant state filing fees, registered agent fees, obtaining an EIN, and drafting a single-person Operating Agreement.
